Scholarships are available at the local, state, and national level.  Some are very competitive and here are tips to assist you in the process:  

• Apply for as many scholarships as you can!  

• Complete each application before the deadline. 

• Have somebody proofread the application before submitting it.

• Be sure to include community service, leadership experience, and academic honors.
