The week of October 24-28th we will be celebrating Red Ribbon Week at John Evans. Red Ribbon Week is a drug use-prevention campaign. The theme for this year’s Red Ribbon Week is, “Celebrate Life, Live Drug Free!” We will be having different activities throughout the week to celebrate. Here’s what’s on the schedule:
Dress Up Days
Monday 24th - John Evans is “red-y” to live drug free (wear red)
Tuesday 25th - John Evans “celeb-rates” living drug free (dress as a celebrity history maker ex. Albert Einstein, Amelia Earhart, Abraham Lincoln, Michael Jordan etc...)
Wednesday 26th - At John Evans we “think on our feet” and know drugs are the thing to beat (wear silly socks)
Thursday 27th - At John Evans we “scare drugs away” (wear Halloween themed clothes shirts, pants, socks, or wear black and orange etc… DO NOT wear full Halloween costumes. Full costumes will be worn on Halloween)
