It's SKI CLUB time again and we need a headcount! Permission slips are due by January 23rd for any 5th or 6th grade student who would like to participate in night skiing. There will be buses to transport your student and chaperones to monitor them while they are at Pomerelle.
PARENTS - If you are interested in being a chaperone, please call the school. We do have a LIMITED number of free lift passes for parents who will help monitor a group of students. As a chaperone, you will be required to ride the bus to and from Pomerelle.
Ski Dates: February 2nd, 9th, 16th, and 23rd.
Cost for Elementary Students: $20 per ski trip (paid online to Pomerelle. Includes: Full day lift ticket, 1 1/2 hour group skiing or snowboarding lesson). Rentals are an additional $15 per student per ski trip (discounted from $30). Ski rental package includes: Skis, boots, and poles. Snowboard rental package includes: a snowboard, and boots. RFID card $5.
Additional $12 bus fee per student (Paid to John V. Evans Elementary)
Bus: The bus departs promptly at 2:15 PM and arrives back at the school by 9:00 PM.
Insurance: Insurance is the responsibility of the parents.
Disciplinary: Student must not have had more than 1 discipline issue from October 31, 2022 through the end of ski club.
All participating students will need to sign up and pay for the program online at: pomerelle.com/school-groups and return their registration form and permission slips with $12 bus fee to their teachers by January 23rd!
