Student Flu Mist & Staff Flu Shot Schedule
The Health Department will be coming to our schools for staff
flu shots and student flu mist on the following dates & times:
Staff, please bring a copy of your insurance card otherwise you
will get a bill for your vaccine. It should be covered under
preventative and they will bill insurance for you.
Parents will not need to be present for the vaccine. (The Flu Mist is a
nasal spray) We will need permission forms filled out and sent back
to the school. Please send a copy of your insurance card
otherwise you will get a bill for your vaccine.
