Are you the parent or guardian of a 3 or 4 year old child? Are you concerned about the child’s speech or physical, mental or emotional difficulty? If the answer is yes to either of these questions, then please call 208-312-6602 or 208-878-6627 to make an appointment for a free screening. The purpose of this screening is to determine if your child is eligible for Special Education programs or services.
What to bring: Child being screened, Immunization record, Birth Certificate, past evaluations and Medicaid Card if applicable
Appointments for the Screenings are required.
