The Health Department will be at Raft River Elementary on October 7th from 12:45pm - 3:00pm .

Parents will not need to be present for the vaccine. (Flu Mist is a nasal spray) We will need paperwork filled out and sent back to the school. Paperwork can be picked up at the school front office or call (208) 645-2561 and we will send it home with your student.
