Dear Parents and Guardians,
We will be having our FluMist clinic tomorrow, October 14th, from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Oakley Elementary for JR/SR students and the community.
FluMist is a nasal spray vaccine, so there is no shot involved. Parents do not need to be present for their child to receive the vaccine.
Please review the following important information:
Paperwork: All required paperwork must be completed and returned to the school before the clinic.
Insurance: Please provide a copy of your insurance card with the paperwork. If insurance information is not provided, you may receive a bill for the vaccine.
Need paperwork? Attached is a copy you can print if needed. If you would like a paper copy sent home with your child, please call the school office, and we will make sure one is sent home for tomorrow.
Please have all paperwork completed ahead of time to help the clinic run smoothly.

Mañana, 14 de octubre, llevaremos a cabo nuestra jornada de vacunación con FluMist en la escuela Oakley Elementary, dirigida a los estudiantes de los niveles JR/SR (cursos superiores) y a la comunidad.
FluMist es una vacuna en aerosol nasal, por lo que no requiere inyección. No es necesario que los padres estén presentes para que su hijo reciba la vacuna.
Por favor, revise la siguiente información importante:
Documentación: Toda la documentación requerida debe completarse y entregarse a la escuela antes de la jornada de vacunación.
Seguro médico: Por favor, adjunte una copia de su tarjeta de seguro médico a la documentación. Si no se proporciona información del seguro, es posible que reciba una factura por la vacuna.
¿Necesita la documentación? Se adjunta una copia que puede imprimir si lo desea. Si prefiere que enviemos una copia impresa a casa con su hijo, llame a la oficina de la escuela y nos aseguraremos de enviársela para mañana.

Oakley Community, our athletic director(Mr. Mace) is looking for football game day support in the following areas: (1) JV football chain gang --3 adults (2) JV clock keeper, (3) Varsity football chain gang --3 adults, (4) Varsity football announcer. Oakley athletes, parents and community members. TONIGHT is the Fall Sports Pep Rally sponsored by the OHS PTO. Come and meet the team members, coaches, have some food, buy some swag, play some games, and help support our Fall sports programs. The event time is 6 pm in the new gym. All proceeds are towards the cost of AC units for the school. GO HORNETS!!
