We have included the Parent Notification of General Education Instruction and Intervention forms below in both English and Spanish. These are shared to help families understand the supports and interventions available to students. The forms are also included in our returning student registration materials and are available in the front office if you would like a copy. There is nothing you need to sign or return. This information is simply here to keep families informed.
