Parents are encouraged to come & translator will be available
Please Bring:
- Social Security Card or Permanent Resident Card
- Parent’s Social Security Card(s) or Permanent Resident Card(s)
- Alien Registration Number if not a U.S. Citizen
- Student’s 2021 Federal Income Tax Returns, W-2 Forms, and other records of money earned. (If applicable)
- Parent’s 2021 Federal Income Tax Returns, W-2 Forms, and other records of money earned
- Bank statements & records of investments (If applicable)
- Current business/investments information (students & parents) such as business and farm assets
- Records of untaxed income (if applicable): child support & veterans non-education benefits for students & parent(s).
- Your Driver’s License
