Student Flu Mist & Staff Flu Shot Schedule
The Health Department will be coming to our schools for Staff
flu shots and student flu mist on the following dates & times:
Staff, please bring a copy of your insurance card otherwise you
will get a bill for your vaccine. It should be covered under
preventative and they will bill insurance for you.
Parents will not need to be present for vaccine. (Flu Mist is a
nasal spray) We will need paperwork filled out and sent back
to the school. Please send a copy of your insurance card
otherwise you will get a bill for your vaccine.
