Principal's Pitch

  •  January 2018

    Dear Parents,

We have so much to thank you for. Thank you for our new addition at Declo El. Our Library is Big, Bight, and Beautiful! Our Gym is better than any elementary gym I have seen. Our office has changed from a cave to a castle. All of our students are loving the addition while in class or during PE and Library. Thank you so much!

In an attempt to transition and maintain, the following are some requests.

    1. Please continue to pull forward and utilize the entire drop off zone. Most days, pending weather, students will be outside playing or eating breakfast before school. (With the exception of Kindergarteners.)
    2. When students have PE, it is always better to send them with gym shoes if available.
    3. As always, please make sure your kiddos know where they are going after school. We have too many students upset and crying for lack of knowing where they should go and with whom they should go. Please call the office, send a note, or otherwise communicate with us so we are able to stream-line this process.

Please know, Declo is the best place to be. Thank you for all you do for our awesome studnets and teachers. DECLO ROCKS!!!!!!
