    School Board Elections

    The following are running in their respective zones. If you are unsure as to your zone check here (map enlarges). If you know where you normally vote, you can see Zone 3 here or see Zone 4 here. You can also go to the state voting site and enter your name and county. Early voting at the county is May 1-12.

    Only those that reside in the particular zones will vote for the candidates in that zone. You can call the school district at 878-6600 or the county office at 878-5240 if you have questions.

  • Student Job Opportunity

    SPARK Afterschool Program is Looking for a Few Good HS Students!

    The SPARK Afterschool Program has hired high school staff for the past 2 years from BHS & DHS that have worked at BJHS, DJHS, Declo, Dworshak, Mountain View, and White Pine Elementaries.

    They are are looking for ambitious, hard-working and reliable junior or seniors for the 2017-2018 school year. These students will offer tutoring and homework help to younger students along with fun, energetic activities. The program begins in September 2017 through the end of April 2018, Monday-Thursdays. They prefer seniors with a work release schedule since the program begins before the HS releases.

    Complete the application below and email to Mrs. Muir or ask the office to send a it to her at BJHS via inter-office mail. There is also a brochure that explains the program attached below.

    Option 3 was the WINNER! And by winner, we mean the School Board approved this option. We heard from nearly 200 patrons and 80% of them favored this option. The Board reveiwed and discussed all the options at their meeting on April 11.

  • Congratulations Mrs. Fillmore!

    Cassia HS teacher, Jaysa Fillmore, is a regional winner in the 2017 Shell Science Lab Challenge. She is also eligible as a finalist in a total science lab makeover, valued at 20K. We are very proud of Mrs. Fillmore and her dedication to making science concepts more accessible to students and providing opportunities for them to work like real scientists!
